Frank Krempasky, CPA®

Accounting Director

With over 35 years of small business tax and accounting experience, I bring our clients the valuable knowledge they need to help run all aspects of their business.  Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working directly with business owner’s, their families and key employees of the business.

I have been in Public Accounting since 1988 and I am a CPA licensed in the State of Ohio.  Growing up in Bay Village, attending the University of Akron, starting my accounting career at a local firm in Westlake for 18 ½ years and currently joining the former Billings and Company staff in December of 2006 I both work and reside in Lorain County allowing me to have a complete awareness of the small business climate in Northeastern Ohio.

My specialized areas of interest focus on small to medium sized locally owned businesses, personal and business tax planning, pension planning and ownership transition, personal wealth planning and estate and end of life planning, investing in and accounting for real estate and non-profit organizations.

I have been happily married to my very supportive wife, Violet for 33 years and we have lived in Avon Lake since 1992.  In my free time we enjoy cooking together and learning new tricks for my smoker, volunteering in the community and our churches as well as following all of the Cleveland sports teams.  I have also excelled in the sport of bowling over my career, starting at age 5 and bowling in high school, college and in many local tournaments.  I have won the Greater Lorain BA Doubles Tournament and have had two games of 299 in past years.
